    A structured, step-by-step curriculum designed specifically to take you from day one to a confident practitioner safely.

    Fundamentals & Survival

    Your first week focuses entirely on safety, understanding the basic positions, and learning how to protect yourself on the ground.

    What you'll learn:
    • Basic stances and movement
    • Protecting your neck and limbs
    • Understanding the hierarchy of positions

    Escapes & Defense

    Learn how to get out of the worst positions. We'll teach you the core principles of creating space and escaping safely.

    What you'll learn:
    • Mount escapes
    • Side control defense
    • Proper bridging and shrimping

    Guard & Distance Management

    Discover how to use your legs as a shield. The 'Guard' is Jiu-Jitsu's superpower for smaller people.

    What you'll learn:
    • Closed guard basics
    • Keeping opponents away
    • Breaking posture

    Sweeps & Reversals

    Turn defense into offense. Learn how to use leverage to flip your opponent over and end up on top.

    What you'll learn:
    • Scissor sweep
    • Hip bump sweep
    • Using their momentum against them

    Submissions & Flow

    Put it all together. You'll learn fundamental submissions and start controlled, safe positional sparring.

    What you'll learn:
    • Basic chokes and armlocks
    • Connecting positions
    • Safe, guided sparring (rolling)
